No satellite subscription needed. On a computer, Google Earth Pro (free) measures almost everything this bid needs:

1. Search the customer's address and switch to the satellite view.
2. Driveway / concrete: Tools → Ruler → Polygon — click the corners; it reads the area in sq ft.
3. Gutters: Ruler → Path — trace the roof edges where gutters run; the length is your linear feet.
4. Roof: Polygon the footprint for sq ft, then pick the pitch in BidRight — the pitch factor figures the true roof surface.
5. House size: the listing or county record usually states living-area sq ft — that's the number the house rate runs on.
6. Type the numbers in above. Satellite gets you within a few percent on clear roofs and flatwork — trees and shadows are where it lies, so eyeball those twice.
